Runzheimer Wins 2017 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Runzheimer Customer Care is acknowledged and awarded for excellence in two categories at the 11th Annual Stevie Awards

WATERFORD, Wis., Feb. 27, 2017 - Runzheimer, a business vehicle technology and solutions provider, won silver for Customer Service Department of the Year and silver for Contact Center of the Year, which was announced at the 11th Annual Stevie Awards Gala. 

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and industries were evaluated in this year's competition. Stevie finalists in the customer service department and contact center categories are organizations with an outstanding customer service performance and industry-leading philosophy.

Runzheimer was chosen for its accomplishments in providing Runzheimer customers with top-quality service.

In the last year, Runzheimer's Customer Care team has handled more than 200,000 inquiries from customers via call, e-mail or chat.  The team uses state-of-the-art contact center technology and has a first call resolution (FCR) rate of 95 percent, a level commensurate with world class contact centers.  Besides using state-of-the-art technology, the people and their development is at the center of everything.  Layer in a culture that reinforces the value of helping others and the recipe is complete.  There are no time limits getting in the way of customer interactions nor scripts that distract an agent from serving the customer.

Finalists were determined by the average scores of 77 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. Entries were considered in 61 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service and Customer Service Department of the Year. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie winners were determined by seven specialized judging committees.
