	Our Facility Located thirty minutes southwest of Milwaukee, our Corporate facility offers big city elegance in a rural setting. Employees enjoy our onsite fitness center, grilling out on our patio, and walking or biking on the path adjacent to our property.

	Reaching Out Each year, employees are given paid time-off to volunteer at a non-profit organization of their choosing. Some activities include raising money for charity, adopting local highways, or volunteering at a food bank. Our Goodwill Committee also organizes events and allocates funding to hundreds of non-profit organizations each year.

	Sharing In Our Success We know that the success of the company depends on the success and well-being of our employees. Outdoor activities during the summer, such as luncheons, a golf outing, and our annual family picnic are great opportunities for employees to relax and have fun. During the work day, people can snack on popcorn from our popcorn machine or enjoy a mug full of coffee, assorted teas and hot cocoa provided by the Company.
	How about an all expense paid vacation? Our service award program rewards employee service in a very unique way. At each five year milestone, our employees receive all expense paid trips to various locations around the world. How would you like to visit New York or take a cruise? If an employee would prefer an alternate location than the trip provided, we welcome their choice.
