Hiring Process

Screening
Following receipt of a candidate resume, phone interviews are set up with any candidate who appears to be a good match to our current hiring need.

Assessing
Candidates who show potential will be asked to complete assessment tools that ensure a cultural fit within our organization. These assessments are internet-based and can be completed at home.

Interviewing
Candidates who show a match for the position and our culture will be invited in for face-to-face interviews which will include: our human resources team, the hiring manager, and typically, co-workers or direct reports.

Background Checking
All candidates receive appropriate pre-employment background checks which may include: employment verification; reference checks; credit checks; education verification; drug testing; and motor vehicle reports.

Hiring
We put it in writing! All our job offers are presented in writing and clearly state all components of our total compensation and benefits offering.
