CUSTOMER CONTACT SPECIALIST I

The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely support to our clients, consultants, and teammates with product information and answer questions regarding program parameters, methodology and data relative to the Runzheimer Plan.

The candidate will work out of the corporate office in Waterford, WI.


DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Handle client and driver inquiries via phone and email related to program compliance status, methodology and data support.  Also includes data entry and administrative tasks.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Two-year associates degree
  • 1 year of experience with extensive customer interaction in an inbound call center atmosphere
  • Highly detailed and accurate
  • Demonstrated excellence in meeting customer needs
  • Ability to effectively manage dissatisfied customers
  • Excellent written, verbal, email and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to quickly master product, compliance, customer, phone, and document imaging computer systems
  • PC proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Data entry proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during periods of high call volume
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work as a member of the team
  • French and/or Spanish fluency a plus

Note:  Due to 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Customer Support hours, this position requires a flexible and changing work schedule with a majority of the time working 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

The successful candidate will oversee and have direct responsibility for driving all aspects of marketing in support of aggressive business growth objectives in both existing and new markets. Leading candidates will have broad experience in traditional and new media, and the entire marketing mix (advertising, web presence, PR & media relations, database marketing, publications, on-line and other electronic media, customer outreach, and other appropriate channels). This position requires extensive experience in B2B, internet marketing/branding markets and is responsible for results in the form of business and revenue market growth. Previous management experience is required to inspire and motivate a staff of three marketing coordinators.

The candidate will work out of the corporate office in Waterford, WI.


DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Develop, implement, communicate and deploy the corporate marketing strategy at Runzheimer International.
  • Integrate multiple forms of marketing to include, but not limited to, web presence, SEO, direct mail, public and media relations, strategic advertising, trade show participation and thought leadership to build brand and create the desired awareness.
  • Build messaging and optimize the use of web portals to enhance end user’s experience with all products and services.
  • Develop and implement an aggressive client acquisition strategy for targeting, qualifying and delivering high quality prospects to the Business Development Group.
  • Understand, leverage and communicate Runzheimer’s strength in a competitive marketplace.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and ensure marketing representation on cross functional teams in business development, market development, new product development, product management and IT.  Must represent marketing with senior leadership and support corporate initiatives.
  • Lead, coach and effectively manage a team of marketing coordinators to implement the strategic marketing plan.
  • Responsible for the editorial direction, design, production, placement and distribution of thought leadership articles in internal and external publications.
  • Responsible for all media related activities and is the organization’s press representative.
  • Lead market research to better understand the demographics of our current customer base and leverage that knowledge to gain greater market share.  Provides support and maintains subject matter expertise in the use of Saleslogix.
  • Responsible for all organizational print and electronic materials such as use of logo, brochure development, product spec sheets, customer communications, etc.
  • Responsible for managing all third party/vendor relationships.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business Administration, English or related field.
  • 5-7 years of director/manager level experience in leading internet marketing/branding in a B2B marketplace--including the development and execution of a corporate-wide marketing strategy.
  • Should have experience leveraging web 2.0 technologies to target new audiences and measure marketing results.
  • Must possess leadership/mentoring skills (prior experience) to direct a team of creative thinkers in meeting organization goals.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas to management, create and approve written materials, and evaluate and manage employees.
  • Must have strong project management skills, attention to detail to meet deadlines, ability to lead multiple, complex functions and activities concurrently in a fast paced environment.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment and deal with internal and external customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Must possess the analytical and decision making skills to develop and assess creative concepts and turn them into practical applications.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, contact management software, and database management tools.
  • Must be action and results oriented with a sense of urgency to work in a fast-paced growth oriented business environment.
