Over the past ten months, Runzheimer International's Business Vehicle Services Unit has conducted complimentary Customer Forums across the U.S. to give its customers a refresher course on The Runzheimer Plan as well as to provide an analysis of program options and benefits to companies and to drivers. Founded in 1933, Runzheimer offers an alternative to company-owned or leased vehicles, and to cents-per-mile or flat allowance reimbursement programs. The organization's products and services assist companies in reducing liability risk, controlling corporate costs, and eliminating the administrative burden associated with maintaining a fleet.
"The most effective way to achieve growth and improve processes is to understand what our customers value most," states Greg Harper, Runzheimer's executive vice president. "Until we know those aspects of our services which are most important to our customers, we can't meet their needs effectively.
