First Time Total Employee Mobility Costs Will be Measured
Runzheimer International today announced the launch of its groundbreaking Employee Mobility Benchmarking Process, the first tool available to measure total employee mobility costs of Fortune 2000 companies. The study is being conducted in collaboration with Associates for International Research, Inc. (AIRINC) and Dr. Jac Fitz-enz, the acknowledged "father" of human capital performance benchmarking and founder of the Saratoga Institute.

"This comprehensive study analyzes all key areas of employee mobility including business travel, business vehicle programs/fleets, relocations, international assignments, mobile/home offices, and corporate aircraft. Additionally, the results of the study will demonstrate whether there is a strong correlation between total employee mobility spend and financial benchmarks, such as revenue growth or profitability," Runzheimer added.
