First Time Total Employee Mobility Costs Will be Measured

Runzheimer International today announced the launch of its groundbreaking Employee Mobility Benchmarking Process, the first tool available to measure total employee mobility costs of Fortune 2000 companies. The study is being conducted in collaboration with Associates for International Research, Inc. (AIRINC) and Dr. Jac Fitz-enz, the acknowledged "father" of human capital performance benchmarking and founder of the Saratoga Institute.

ADP, DuPont, and Motorola are just a few of the leading organizations that are participating," states Rex Runzheimer, Chairman and CEO of Runzheimer International. "This comprehensive study analyzes all key areas of employee mobility including business travel, business vehicle programs/fleets, relocations, international assignments, mobile/home offices, and corporate aircraft. Its results will help senior executives understand – for the first time - how their company's employee mobility expenses compare with others. Additionally, the results of the study will demonstrate whether there is a strong correlation between total employee mobility spend and financial benchmarks, such as revenue growth or profitability," Runzheimer added.
