Runzheimer International recently launched a new industry leading service, Runzheimer’s Travel Source™, powered by TravelMaster. The web-based solution provides companies with real-time travel spend information from a single source by integrating corporate card and travel agency booking data with Runzheimer’s travel benchmarking information. The web-based technology is offered in alliance with Tri-Pen TravelMaster Technologies, LLC.
Runzheimer’s Travel Source™ is the only program of its kind with auditing and benchmarking capabilities. “Because this solution uses real-time charge card data feeds in addition to agency booking data, companies can access all of their corporate travel information, even information for travelers who do not use the companies’ preferred agency,” said Greg Harper, President of Runzheimer International. “This feature, along with the ability to benchmark results against Runzheimer metrics, will enable companies to achieve the best possible performance out of their travel program.”
Runzheimer’s Travel Source™ capabilities help companies pro-actively address out-of-compliance travel before trips are taken, better manage traveler security, more efficiently manage hotel RFP processes, and recover lost savings from unused airline tickets. The service also provides Federal, state and local governments with the foundation from which to gather actionable business travel intelligence across multiple agencies, booking engines and travel card providers, report on and make program improvements based upon this information.
