Runzheimer International of Rochester, Wisconsin has received the 2006 Wisconsin Governor's Forward Award of Excellence on behalf of the Wisconsin Forward Award (WFA).
Excellence recognition represents the highest achievement level possible through the WFA. Per the WFA, "this achievement level is representative of organizations with mature, fully integrated performance management systems, including improvement systems. Applicants recognized at the Excellence level demonstrate refined approaches, good to excellent deployment, good to excellent results linked to their well-deployed approaches, and outstanding activities in key areas of the Criteria for Performance Excellence. They are industry leaders and role models for others."
An independent Board of Examiners rigorously evaluated Runzheimer International in seven business areas: leadership; strategic planning; customer and market focus; measurement, analysis, and knowledge management; human resource focus; process management; and business results. The robust evaluation process included nearly 900 hours of review, including a two-day on-site visit to verify and clarify information. Runzheimer was the first business service firm to receive Excellence recognition through the WFA program.
