Runzheimer to Host Fourth Annual Mobile Workforce Benchmarking Forum: Enhancing Talent Management Through Mobile Workforce Strategy

April 3, 2008

Runzheimer International will host its fourth annual Mobile Workforce Benchmarking Forum on Tuesday, September 9, 2008, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Attendees will gain perspectives on workforce mobility management as well as the latest results from Runzheimer’s annual benchmarking study.

Keynote speaker, Rebecca Ryan, will share with forum participants her insight into how an organization’s mobile workforce strategy can help win the war for young talent. Through over 25,000 interviews, Ryan has learned what turns young talent on at work and what repels them.

Also featured during the forum will be an afternoon session on workforce mobility from a strategic sourcing perspective presented by Brian Powilatis, Managing Director of the Corporate Executive Board’s Procurement Strategy Council.

“We are thrilled to have two great speakers at this year’s forum,” said Greg Harper, President of Runzheimer International.  “These two accomplished speakers will examine workforce mobility from two very relevant angles in today’s market—talent management and strategic sourcing.”

Winners of Runzheimer’s Workforce Mobility Best Practices Awards will also be announced at the forum. The awards spotlight Mobile Workforce Benchmarking Study participants who have demonstrated innovative practices in the areas of relocation, international assignment, business travel, business vehicles, corporate aircraft, and virtual office program management.

Runzheimer’s 2008 Annual Mobile Workforce Benchmarking Forum will be held at the Milwaukee InterContinental Hotel.
