Runzheimer’s Fourth Annual Mobile Workforce Management Forum to Focus on Challenges of Talent Management

Almost 50% of the workforce is mobile in some way, according to Runzheimer’s latest benchmarking information. Given this reality, the opportunity to impact an organization’s talent management capabilities and financial results through more effective management of mobile worker policies and programs is immense.

Talent management and strategic sourcing will be the keynote themes for Runzheimer International’s Fourth Annual Mobile Workforce Management Forum held on September 9, 2008, at the InterContinental Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

During this Forum, attendees will hear from keynote speaker, Rebecca Ryan, Executive Director of Next Generation Consulting, who will share important insights into how an organization’s mobile workforce strategy can help win the war for young talent. The afternoon session will feature Brian Powilatis, Managing Director of the Corporate Executive Board’s Procurement Strategy Council, who will discuss how organizations can take a more holistic and strategic approach to sourcing workforce mobility programs.
