Runzheimer to Present Best Practices in Mileage and Expense Management at Concur Fusion 2017

Senior vice president at Runzheimer to speak on mobile technology and mileage capture

WATERFORD, Wis. – March 13, 2017 – Runzheimer, a business vehicle technology and solution provider, will exhibit at Concur Fusion 2017 from March 14-17 in Chicago. Additionally, Donna Koppensteiner, Senior Vice President of business development, will present on mobile technologies and mileage capture for enterprise businesses.

Koppensteiner’s session, “Get in the Fast Lane: Mobile Mileage Tracking,” will be held on Wednesday, March 15 at 1:30 p.m. CT. She will be joined by Robert Jacobsen, Senior Manager of Travel and Expense at T-Mobile, a valued Runzheimer customer, and Jessica Pankov, Senior Director at Concur. Together, they will discuss how mileage is the only expense without a receipt and using technology to enable accuracy of mileage capture as well as choosing the right managed vehicle reimbursement solution is critical for today’s enterprise businesses.

“Managed vehicle expenses are more than mileage capture. Equo is our mobile management platform. In addition to mileage capture, Equo gives you greater control of your program by driving compliance, reducing risk and providing valuable business intelligence,” said Koppensteiner. Runzheimer partnered with Concur in March of 2016, when they integrated Equo mileage capture into Concur’s platform. Available on the Concur App Center, Equo simplifies mileage capture for the mobile worker by automating the task of creating an IRS compliant mileage log. Users can submit trips for reimbursement from anywhere and easily edit trip details like distance, purpose and address. Equo is a complete business vehicle solution that allows companies to standardize program requirements and business vehicle policy for your mobile workforce.

“As a large business enterprise, I manage the travel and expense for thousands of business travelers. As a user of both Concur and Equo, I’m looking forward to sharing T-Mobile’s program best practices with attendees and how they can take their program to the next level,” said Jacobsen.

The Runzheimer team will be available at booth 61 throughout the event to answer questions about the mileage capture technology and Equo.
